Rates
- Average: $0.68-0.78 per running mile (total pay calculated per mile, varies based on home terminal)
- Rate increases at 3 months and annually at year 1-4
- Quarterly safety bonus – 8-15% of gross revenue, increases with seniority
- Winter scrape bonus paid every April
